I have used this balm for some stomach pain I was having from my monthly cycle, my knee, shoulder and ankle. Eventually you get tired of taking over the counter meds and you look for a more holistic alternative. This balm was just that for me. Soothed my pain and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin.
