Refund policy

• Tutu's Botanical Balm cannot be returned or refunded once purchased for safety and hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days.
• We accept returns within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be in good condition no stain of any kind and not worn.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or credited to a store gift card, if you are using shop pay please choose guest checkout instead of shop pay so it applies properly.

• When returning an item please return it to Qui Creations LLC. 3885 S. 9th st. P.O. Box #15 Oshtemo,MI 49077, the customer is responsible for returning fees.
